		<description>It keeps surprising me how many things I missed at that event (even though I was there) by reading through everyone&#039;s recaps. From your post, I&#039;m reminded of the real power behind thinking of ourselves as farmers and not factory workers. What a great metaphor! It implies that we must be patient, deliberate, consistent, responsive, and yes, yield a crop (even if it might not happen the way we think it will). 

I&#039;ll look for you at the next event I&#039;m at for sure.
